DMAA: The Care Continuum Alliance is the recognized leader in education and exhibition events for population health professionals and other stakeholders in prevention, wellness and chronic disease management. Our clinical- and research-oriented annual meeting, The Forum 08, and employer-focused Integrated Care Summit, which DMAA co-hosts with the National Association of Manufacturers, set the standard for educational programming in population-based care. DMAA also hosts periodic audio conferences and Webcasts for members and non-members alike on select topics, including employer issues and health information technology and innovation. DMAA partnerships with other leading organizations, such as the American Association of Preferred Provider Organizations and Society of Actuaries, provide another source of educational content for DMAA members and others through shared resources and jointly sponsored events. |
